about the team

Real aircraft engineering, real flight, real innovation

We are a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and aviation enthusiasts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of real aircraft engineering. From conceptual design to flight-testing, we blend innovation with precision — every part, every system, every flight.

Our team operates with the spirit of the Design, Build, Fly competition, but our ambition reaches far beyond: we aim to inspire the next generation of aerospace leaders.

"Engineering is not just about building aircraft — it's about building the future."

Mission

To design, build, and fly high-performance unmanned aircraft that demonstrate excellence in aerodynamics, structural integrity, and systems integration — while fostering a culture of hands-on learning and innovation.

Our Projects

Active Project

Novus SEDA-100

Static Demonstrator Educational Model TUK

The Novus SEDA-100 is a full-scale, non-flying educational model being developed by the Aero Nova DBF Team. The project serves as a practical learning platform for aeronautical engineering students at The Technical University of Kenya (TUK).

The primary objective is to provide students with hands-on exposure to real aircraft design, structural integration, and systems installation — bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical engineering application.

Objective: To build real aircraft engineering skills through authentic design, manufacturing, and assembly processes in a safe, educational environment.
